About Us
Industrial Process Technology Solutions & Consultants (IPTSC) designs, manufactures and supplies filtration equipment and special purpose machines for solid–liquid separation. Established at Navi Mumbai in 2019, the firm supplies process industries across the country and pairs application-engineered separation equipment with consultancy on its selection, sizing and operation.
IPTSC carries forward the work of AV Equipments and ADPEC Filters (India), founded by partner Ashok Puranik, which have supplied filtration equipment across a wide range of applications since 1979. That body of application data and site experience now sits with IPTSC under partner Narendra Puranik.
The work since has concentrated on duties where standard equipment underperforms: viscous and abrasive slurries, fine and blinding solids, high-temperature and strongly acidic or alkaline service, and applications where wash efficiency or residual moisture governs the process economics downstream. Where the scope calls for it, we take the installation in full — from civil layout and ancillary equipment through automation and commissioning.
